TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The property will usually be available from 3pm on the first day of the booking and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.

• A deposit will be required. Reservations held for 4 days pending receipt of the deposit. Any remaining balance, is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

• In the event of cancellation or non-payment of the balance by the due date, the property will be offered for re-let and the initial Booking Deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking all monies will be refunded.

No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to customers or their belongings.

• Cars are parked at owners risk. Due to limited parking facilities, space is available for one car per cottage.

• Any breakage’s or damage caused by customers, may be charged for, including the loss of keys. Any damage/breakages/theft of items identified after departure will be liable for payment.

• Parking and cottage facilities are for paying customers use only. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if these conditions are not observed.

• No smoking allowed in the cottages

• Accommodation should be left clean and tidy
