BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made by Telephone or Email.

The property will usually be available from 3pm on the first day of the booking and must be vacated by 10am on the last day of the booking.

PRICING
A deposit will be required. Reservations will be held for 4 working days pending receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance, is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cheque or cash only. Cheques to be made payable to F Adams.

USE OF PROPERTY
No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to customers or their belongings. Cars are parked at owners risk. Due to limited parking facilities, space is available for one car per cottage. Any breakage’s/ damage caused by customers, may be charged for, including the loss of keys. Any damage/breakages/theft of items identified after departure will be liable for payment.

Parking and cottage facilities are for paying customers use only. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if these conditions are not observed.

HEATING/ELECTRICITY
Central Heating & Electricity included. (Logs not Provided)

PETS

SMOKING
No smoking allowed in the cottages

CLEANING
Accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition

EXCLUDED ITEMS
NOT included: Bath and Hand Towels, Bed Linen (Optional Charge if required), Holiday Insurance
High Chairs, Logs

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation or non-payment of the balance by the due date, the property will be offered for re-let and the initial Booking Deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking all monies will be refunded.
